Welcome to the L.H. Online Bookkeeping Services Client Portal.

This secure portal provides access to your bookkeeping documents, financial reports, and shared files. All documents are stored and protected through Google’s secure platform and are accessible only to you and L.H. Bookkeeping Services.

How to Access Your Documents

1. Sign in to your Google account (the email address you provided to Hart Bookkeeping).

2. Click the Access Your Documents button below.

3. You will be taken to your private client folder.

If you do not see your documents or receive an access message, please ensure you are logged into the correct Google account.

Secure Document Access

 Your files are protected using Google’s security and sharing controls.

Only authorized users can view or upload documents. If you attempt to access a folder without permission, Google will automatically block access.

Uploading Documents

You may upload the following items to your client folder:

• Bank statements

• Credit Card statements

• Receipts

• Invoices

• Other financial documents requested

Please upload documents in PDF, JPG, PNG, or Excel format when possible.
