About Me 

Hi, I’m Lisa Hart, a dedicated bookkeeping professional with experience supporting small businesses through accurate financial tracking and dependable daily accounting. With more than two decades of experience in bookkeeping, office management, customer service, and business operations, I bring a well-rounded and dependable skill set to every client I serve.  My background spans corporate environments, small businesses, service industries, and property management, giving me a deep understanding of how accurate financial records and organized systems support long-term business success.

I began my career in administrative and HR roles before moving into corporate recruiting, where I supported executive teams, managed budgets, coordinated college career fairs, and refined internal processes. Over time, my strengths in organization, numbers, and client communication naturally guided me toward bookkeeping and business operations.

For more than ten years, I also managed the finances of my own household and rental properties, gaining hands-on experience in budgeting, vendor coordination, AR/AP, lease management, and maintenance scheduling—skills that became the foundation for my transition into professional bookkeeping.

Most recently, I have worked as a full-time bookkeeper for multiple Florida businesses, where I handled accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations, P&Ls, deposits, tax preparation support, tenant invoicing, and maintenance oversight for commercial properties. I also managed multiple inboxes, coordinated appointments, corrected financial discrepancies, optimized data systems, and provided dependable client service on a daily basis.

Throughout my career, I’ve been recognized for being detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage a high volume of tasks with accuracy and consistency. I take pride in creating clean books, streamlined workflows, and reliable financial clarity for the people I work with.
